How we calculate availability
Availability is time without reported degraded performance or outages, divided by elapsed time. Time without reported issues is assumed operational, including before tracking began. Outages count only for their timestamped duration. Overlapping issues count once. Planned maintenance is excluded unless an outage also occurs. Gray days with reported issues but missing duration data are excluded. Historical daily labels without exact durations have no percentage. This is admin-reported availability, not an independent synthetic probe or contractual SLA.
